Globalwings Study Abroad is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to oversee digital marketing initiatives, coordinate content, and engage with online audiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to develop marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and collaborate effectively with counselors, designers, and the marketing team to promote study abroad services. The role will also involve monitoring digital performance, ensuring brand consistency, and contributing to the company’s overall online growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online advertising platforms.

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media channels by publishing engaging content according to planned schedules.

• Coordinate the development of graphics, videos, blogs, promotional materials, and other digital content.

• Monitor digital platforms and promptly respond to customer inquiries, comments, and engagement.

• Support SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance website visibility, organic traffic, and online reach.

• Regularly update website content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze digital marketing metrics, and prepare performance reports.

• Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer/database management.

• Collaborate with counselors, designers, internal teams, and external agencies to successfully execute marketing initiatives.

• Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
