Job Context Globalwings Study Abroad is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to oversee digital marketing initiatives, coordinate content, and engage with online audiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to develop marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and collaborate effectively with counselors, designers, and the marketing team to promote study abroad services. The role will also involve monitoring digital performance, ensuring brand consistency, and contributing to the company’s overall online growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online advertising platforms. Manage and maintain the company’s social media channels by publishing engaging content according to planned schedules. Coordinate the development of graphics, videos, blogs, promotional materials, and other digital content. Monitor digital platforms and promptly respond to customer inquiries, comments, and engagement. Support SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance website visibility, organic traffic, and online reach. Regularly update website content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor campaign performance, analyze digital marketing metrics, and prepare performance reports. Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer/database management. Collaborate with counselors, designers, internal teams, and external agencies to successfully execute marketing initiatives. Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

We are looking for two Front Desk Associates to act as the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, university representatives, and visitors. The position will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and professional reception environment, managing front desk operations, responding to general inquiries, coordinating appointments, and assisting with routine administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be friendly, humble, intelligent, well-groomed, and highly communicative, with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing every visitor with a warm, professional, and memorable experience. Job Responsibilities:   Handle phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide prospective students with basic information about study abroad programs and Globalwings’ services. Schedule and coordinate student appointments with counselors and relevant team members. Receive, organize, scan, and properly maintain student documents and records. Accurately update and manage student information within the CRM system. Coordinate with counselors and other departments to ensure effective and smooth communication. Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and professionally presentable. Perform other front desk and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.
