Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department.
  • Review and organize documents for approval and manage filing related to the Managing Director's office.
  • Act as a substitute during the absence of the Executive Assistant Manager in the MD’s Office Department.
  • Manage and track the Chairman's banking-related documents and communicate with the Relationship Manager for the Chairman's banking matters.
  • Obtain approvals and signatures from the Chairman and MD for HABSL documents, including attendance, salary, and BO accounts.
  • Maintain and document the Chairman's personal tax files.
  • Coordinate matters related to the Chairman's properties, including the MIR flat and ABC CLIFF Apartment.
  • Handle the Chairman's petty cash for HABSL.
  • Take minutes of HABSL meetings, as needed.
