Job Context

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Executive, Business Development (Digital Commerce and AI) to identify growth opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and improve commercial performance. The role combines market research, business intelligence, data analysis, and the practical application of AI tools to support strategic decision-making, digital commerce growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Research market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

• Analyze sales, customer, product, and market data to identify growth potential and performance gaps.

• Identify and recommend new products, markets, customer segments, partnerships, and business initiatives.

• Generate, assess, and follow up on potential business leads and partnership opportunities.

• Use AI tools to support market research, competitor analysis, data analysis, business intelligence, content preparation, and reporting.

• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve workflows, customer experience, digital commerce operations, and team productivity.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and business applications, recommending practical solutions for the organization.

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, business cases, and partnership plans.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions.

• Track key business metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and campaign performance.

• Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting performance trends, research findings, growth opportunities, and recommended actions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Product, Finance, and other departments to implement business development initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support partnership development and commercial activities.

• Evaluate the results of business and growth initiatives and recommend improvements.

• Maintain business development action plans and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely execution.

• Verify the accuracy and reliability of business data, reports, research, and analytical findings.

• Monitor technological advancements, consumer behavior, and market developments to assess their potential business impact.

• Recommend process and workflow improvements to enhance business development efficiency.

• Perform other related analytical and business development tasks assigned by management.
