Job Context We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Executive, Production Program and Analytics to transform production and operational data into actionable insights and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards. The role involves managing project management systems, software workflows, and Google Sheets-based data backends, developing and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and providing analytical support for production planning, sourcing, material management, and overall supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize Google Sheets-based data systems, backend structures, and reporting workflows. Consolidate data from production, sourcing, procurement, material planning, inventory, and other operational departments. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timely updates through standardized structures, formulas, and validation rules. Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and duplicate records, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve them. Design and maintain Looker Studio (Data Studio) dashboards for management and operational teams. Translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations. Develop dashboards covering production schedules, material sourcing, delivery performance, production progress, consumption, and inventory. Automate dashboard updates, minimize manual intervention, and continuously improve reporting accuracy, usability, and performance. Monitor production program progress against planned schedules, targets, material availability, and delivery commitments. Analyze production status, program releases, capacity, workloads, and completion timelines. Identify operational delays, bottlenecks, risks, and deviations, providing early-warning insights to management. Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance measurement frameworks. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports, highlighting trends, variances, performance gaps, and root causes. Conduct comparative analyses across suppliers, factories, products, seasons, production programs, and timelines. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve production efficiency and operational decision-making. Identify repetitive reporting tasks and automate them using advanced Google Sheets functions and data management techniques. Improve data integration between operational teams and reporting dashboards. Implement standardized reporting formats and effective data governance practices.

Prepare Material Requirement Plans (MRP) based on seasonal demand, approved product programs, Bills of Materials (BOM), and historical consumption data. Accurately calculate requirements for fabrics, trims, accessories, and other production materials. Review, verify, and maintain the accuracy of BOMs and material consumption data. Develop seasonal material plans in alignment with production schedules and product launch timelines. Coordinate with relevant departments to incorporate changes in product quantities, specifications, or material requirements into planning. Maintain daily material-related data and update planning databases, ensuring accurate and consistent information across tracking sheets and reports. Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement teams to support timely Purchase Order (PO) execution. Monitor material orders throughout the entire process, from PO placement through final delivery. Track supplier lead times and committed delivery schedules to minimize the risk of production disruptions. Identify shortages, delays, or potential supply risks and promptly escalate them to the relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with the Material Development team for fabric, trims, and accessory trials and development activities. Monitor material development progress and follow up on required approvals. Ensure all development-stage materials are available within the required timelines to support production and product launch schedules.

Manage online sales processes and follow up on orders until final delivery. Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools while handling customer grievances and providing effective solutions to build loyalty. Escalate unresolved or complicated issues to designated personnel using internal systems and report to management as needed. Ensure professional customer satisfaction, create an enjoyable experience, and handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
