Job Context

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Female Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries, provide accurate information, build positive customer relationships, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, enquiries, and complaints professionally.

• Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, and deliveries.

• Follow up with customers and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Maintain and update customer records and information.

• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Admin teams as required.

• Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Perform other customer care-related duties assigned by management.
