  Develop and implement procurement plans for agricultural raw materials, spices, food ingredients, packaging materials, and other required items. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors based on quality, pricing, capacity, and delivery performance. Conduct regular market surveys to assess raw material prices, availability, quality, and market trends. Negotiate with suppliers on price, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Collect quotations and prepare Comparative Statements (CS), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and Purchase Orders (PO). Ensure timely procurement based on production requirements and demand forecasts. Monitor seasonal availability, market trends, and price fluctuations to determine suitable procurement periods and provide recommendations to Management. Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, Accounts, and Sales/Planning teams to maintain smooth supply chain operations. Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure required quantity, quality, and delivery timelines are maintained. Follow up on pending orders, delivery schedules, and supplier commitments. Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, quotations, pricing, and procurement documents. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Warehouse team to prevent stock-outs or excess inventory. Develop alternative supplier sources to minimize procurement risks and dependency. Visit local markets, suppliers, farms, production, and warehouse locations for sourcing and supplier assessment when required. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, market prices, purchase status, and supplier performance. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and approved procedures.

Verify sales orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the system. Ensure approved price lists, discount policies, promotional schemes, and contractual terms are properly followed. Review sales invoices and transactions for accurate calculation and collection of applicable VAT and taxes. Check compliance with credit policies and ensure sales to overdue or high-risk customers receive proper approval before dispatch. Monitor accounts receivable aging, overdue balances, provisioning, and collection performance. Audit credit and debit notes to confirm proper authorization and supporting documentation. Review trade promotions, volume rebates, dealer commissions, and distributor discounts for policy compliance and supporting evidence. Verify sales commissions, performance bonuses, and channel incentives against actual sales achievements. Reconcile warehouse/depot dispatches and delivery challans with billed sales to ensure every shipment is properly invoiced.
