Sr.Executive (Accounts & Finance)

CA (CC) qualification will be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and ERP software is required.

Candidates should have practical experience in Accounts & Finance functions.

Prior experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

Candidates with internal audit experience will be given preference.

Verify sales orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.

Ensure approved price lists, discount policies, promotional schemes, and contractual terms are properly followed.

Review sales invoices and transactions for accurate calculation and collection of applicable VAT and taxes.

Check compliance with credit policies and ensure sales to overdue or high-risk customers receive proper approval before dispatch.

Monitor accounts receivable aging, overdue balances, provisioning, and collection performance.

Audit credit and debit notes to confirm proper authorization and supporting documentation.

Review trade promotions, volume rebates, dealer commissions, and distributor discounts for policy compliance and supporting evidence.

Verify sales commissions, performance bonuses, and channel incentives against actual sales achievements.

Reconcile warehouse/depot dispatches and delivery challans with billed sales to ensure every shipment is properly invoiced.
