Executive (MIS & IT)

Context

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented MIS & IT Officer/Executive to support FMCG sales operations through accurate reporting, field-force monitoring, data analysis, and IT coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, sales MIS, field-force tracking systems, and FMCG sales operations, along with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor field-force activities using GPS tracking, mobile applications, and sales automation systems.

• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.

• Track field-force attendance, market visits, productivity, and sales activities.

• Collect, verify, analyze, and consolidate sales data from different regions, areas, depots, and distributors.

• Prepare Primary & Secondary Sales, Target vs. Achievement, SKU-wise, Region-wise, Area-wise, and Distributor-wise reports.

• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for timely corrections.

• Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.

• Provide timely MIS reports and business insights to management.

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, HR, and IT teams on system, reporting, and data-related issues.

• Support sales automation platforms, mobile applications, and field-force management systems.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of required reports.
