Executive / Sr. Executive

✔ Age: 25–35 years.

✔ Candidates with experience in client servicing within the architecture, interior design, or real estate sectors will be preferred.

✔ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand client needs and maintain positive business relationships.

✔ Develop and achieve sales targets, prepare sales and marketing reports, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.

✔ Prepare and implement marketing and business development plans aligned with company objectives.

✔ Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and expand the company’s presence in the interior design sector.

✔ Coordinate and manage marketing and sales campaigns to attract potential clients and increase business opportunities.

✔ Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients to understand their requirements and convert leads into successful deals.

✔ Prepare and deliver professional sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.

✔ Oversee the sales process from initial client engagement through negotiation and deal closure.

✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication, smooth project execution, and a collaborative working environment.

✔ Manage projects from initiation to completion while maintaining client satisfaction and meeting business objectives.

✔ Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

✔ Perform other sales and marketing-related duties as assigned by the company.
