Additional Requirements

• Drive sales across various IT solutions, including servers, storage, network and security products, as well as passive infrastructure products. Meet sales targets and contribute to organizational revenue goals.
• Collaborate with management to achieve departmental objectives by working with line managers to create strategic plans with clear goals and actionable steps to reach sales targets. Research, prospect, and build corporate relationships, managing connections with key existing clients and establishing new client relationships.
• Identify potential projects and, in consultation with the engineering team, recommend the best solutions to clients.
• Boost sales volume through direct sales efforts in assigned accounts. Manage the sales forecast pipeline, preparing and presenting compelling proposals to corporate decision-makers. Develop engaging presentations that showcase product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Stay informed about products and industry trends. Actively participate in industry events to expand networks, strengthen the company’s presence, and build its reputation in Bangladesh.
