Graphics & Motion Graphics Designer

✔ Proven hands-on experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.

✔ Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.

✔ Good understanding of social media content formats, including Facebook Posts, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, Square Posts, Vertical Videos, and other platform-specific creatives.

✔ Knowledge of Bangladeshi audience behavior, current digital marketing trends, and social media content preferences.

✔ Strong creative thinking with excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and design aesthetics.

✔ Ability to create engaging marketing materials that align with branding and campaign objectives.

✔ Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Experience designing creatives and video advertisements for Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Display Ads, and other digital advertising platforms will be considered an advantage.

✔ Practical knowledge of motion typography, kinetic text animation, branding, marketing design principles, and modern visual communication techniques will be a plus.

✔ Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflow enhancement platforms will be considered an added advantage.

The selected candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality graphic designs, motion graphics, promotional videos, and engaging visual content that enhances the company's digital presence and strengthens brand identity across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design and create high-quality graphic designs, motion graphics, promotional videos, reels, shorts, and other engaging visual content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

✔ Develop creative marketing materials for internet packages, promotional campaigns, special offers, corporate branding, and company services.

✔ Transform static designs into compelling animated and motion-based visual content to maximize audience engagement.

✔ Edit and produce professional-quality videos by performing raw footage editing, color correction, motion graphics, transitions, text animation, motion typography, visual effects, and audio synchronization.

✔ Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, brochures, flyers, and other digital and print marketing materials.

✔ Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to develop and execute creative concepts based on campaign objectives and branding requirements.

✔ Ensure all creative assets maintain consistent visual identity by following the company's branding guidelines and design standards.

✔ Prepare creative assets optimized for different digital platforms and advertising formats.

✔ Stay updated with the latest graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and social media content trends to continuously improve creative quality.

✔ Organize and maintain project files, design assets, templates, and creative resources efficiently.

✔ Deliver assigned creative projects within deadlines and implement revisions based on stakeholder feedback.

✔ Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators whenever required to produce high-quality multimedia content.

✔ Perform any other graphic design, motion graphics, branding, or creative responsibilities assigned by the Management.
