The selected candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality graphic designs, motion graphics, promotional videos, and engaging visual content that enhances the company's digital presence and strengthens brand identity across multiple online platforms. Key Responsibilities ✔ Design and create high-quality graphic designs, motion graphics, promotional videos, reels, shorts, and other engaging visual content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. ✔ Develop creative marketing materials for internet packages, promotional campaigns, special offers, corporate branding, and company services. ✔ Transform static designs into compelling animated and motion-based visual content to maximize audience engagement. ✔ Edit and produce professional-quality videos by performing raw footage editing, color correction, motion graphics, transitions, text animation, motion typography, visual effects, and audio synchronization. ✔ Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, brochures, flyers, and other digital and print marketing materials. ✔ Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to develop and execute creative concepts based on campaign objectives and branding requirements. ✔ Ensure all creative assets maintain consistent visual identity by following the company's branding guidelines and design standards. ✔ Prepare creative assets optimized for different digital platforms and advertising formats. ✔ Stay updated with the latest graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and social media content trends to continuously improve creative quality. ✔ Organize and maintain project files, design assets, templates, and creative resources efficiently. ✔ Deliver assigned creative projects within deadlines and implement revisions based on stakeholder feedback. ✔ Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators whenever required to produce high-quality multimedia content. ✔ Perform any other graphic design, motion graphics, branding, or creative responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Job Context City Online Ltd., a reputed Internet Service Provider (ISP), is looking for a skilled, dedicated, and responsible Sr. Support & Network Engineer to strengthen its Technical Operations Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure while providing excellent technical support to ensure uninterrupted and reliable internet services. Key Responsibilities ✔ Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wireless Network infrastructures. ✔ Configure, manage, and maintain MikroTik routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices to ensure secure, stable, and high-performance network connectivity. ✔ Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, VTP, Trunking Protocols, Inter-VLAN Routing, and other Layer 2/Layer 3 networking technologies. ✔ Monitor network performance using network monitoring tools and proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve network faults and outages. ✔ Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, remote access, and on-site visits, ensuring prompt issue resolution. ✔ Analyze network logs, traffic patterns, and performance reports to identify root causes and implement preventive solutions. ✔ Optimize network infrastructure and implement enhancements to improve performance, reliability, scalability, and security. ✔ Perform routine preventive maintenance and system health checks on networking equipment and services. ✔ Maintain accurate technical documentation, network diagrams, operational records, and troubleshooting reports. ✔ Coordinate with internal technical teams and vendors to resolve complex networking issues. ✔ Ensure timely incident response and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional technical support. ✔ Participate in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule to support continuous network operations and service availability. ✔ Stay updated with emerging networking technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and industry standards through continuous learning and professional development. ✔ Perform any other networking, technical support, or operational responsibilities assigned by the Management.
