International Call Center Agent (Night Shift)

Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 PM–5:00 AM Bangladesh time) to support USA & Canada business hours.

Willing to complete a 3–6 month probation period, depending on performance.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with clear and persuasive speaking ability.

Professional phone etiquette and a courteous, customer-focused approach.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of multitasking and working independently.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Comfortable communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.

Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and other essential office applications.

Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, or similar roles will be preferred.

Make outbound calls to USA and Canada-based customers and handle inquiries according to approved communication scripts.

Understand customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.

Promote and sell products/services over the phone following company guidelines.

Accurately record all customer interactions and conversations in the call center database.

Achieve assigned individual and team-based qualitative and quantitative targets.
