Jr. Officer/Officer - Operations

✔ Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, including custom-built and WordPress-based CMS platforms.

✔ Content Accuracy & Turnaround Time: Ensure timely and accurate uploading of new products and promotional content.

✔ Stock Accuracy Rate: Maintain alignment between digital inventory and physical/category inventory.

✔ Return/Defect Rate: Minimize product returns resulting from quality control issues or content mismatches.

✔ On-Site Conversion & Engagement: Improve website engagement and conversion performance through effective merchandising and enhanced site usability.

Web Content & Product Management

✔ Create, upload, and regularly update product listings across the e-commerce website and app, including product titles, descriptions, pricing, attributes, images, and tags.

✔ Ensure accurate product categorization, category mapping, and search filter configuration.

✔ Maintain consistent content tone, branding, and formatting across all online sales channels.

Quality Control (QC) & Supplier/Factory Coordination

✔ Coordinate end-to-end Quality Control (QC) activities by working closely with internal quality and category teams.

✔ Ensure all products meet defined quality standards and specifications before being published on the web platform.

Stock Reconciliation & Inventory Alignment

✔ Conduct regular stock reconciliation among the e-commerce platform, Warehouse Management System (ERP), and physically available saleable inventory.

✔ Work closely with the Category Management team to verify stock availability, safety stock levels, incoming shipments, and end-of-life inventory updates.

✔ Identify and resolve stock discrepancies promptly to prevent overselling, stockouts, and order fulfillment delays.

Web Merchandising & On-Site Performance

✔ Execute digital merchandising strategies across homepage, landing pages, collection pages, and promotional banners based on campaigns, seasonal trends, and stock availability.

✔ Monitor product positioning, cross-selling and upselling modules, and search navigation to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.

✔ Ensure on-site product highlights are aligned with promotional schedules and category priorities.

UI/UX Research & Functional Improvement

✔ Conduct ongoing benchmarking, usability testing, and research on leading e-commerce websites and emerging app trends.

✔ Analyze user journeys to identify usability issues and friction points, including checkout drop-offs, mobile responsiveness, and search functionality.

✔ Collect actionable user feedback and identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience.

✔ Document research findings and regularly present structured UI/UX improvement recommendations to the Functional Head to support technical and functional enhancements.
