Junior Executive

The Junior Executive – Human Resources will support the organization's HR operations by ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. The role involves assisting in employee relations, HR administration, and talent management while contributing to a positive, productive, and engaging workplace aligned with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day execution of human resource operations and administrative activities.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR-related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement and maintaining healthy employee relations.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure HR activities align with organizational goals.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain databases, and perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
