✔ Candidates should be between 28 to 40 years of age.
✔ This position is open to male applicants only.
✔ Willingness to travel as required for field-level mobilization activities is essential.
✔ Basic computer proficiency is required, including MS Word, Excel, and familiarity with LMS platforms.
✔ Strong fluency in Bangla and a working knowledge of English are necessary.
✔ Must be committed to delivering quality caregiving training in accordance with NSDA standards, along with active involvement in learner mobilization and enrollment.
✔ Ability to plan, conduct, and evaluate both theoretical and practical training sessions based on the NSDA caregiver curriculum, ensuring development of professional skills and ethical values among learners.
✔ Hands-on expertise in General Caregiving (Level 2) and Caregiving for Elderly Persons (Level 3) is required.
✔ Candidates holding NSDA-certified CBT&A (Level 4) under NTVQF/BNQF will receive preference.
✔ At least 2 years of experience in TVET training will be considered an added advantage.
✔ Deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions for General Caregiving (Level-2) and Elderly Caregiving (Level-3) programs.
✔ Apply learner-centered and competency-based teaching approaches to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
✔ Demonstrate essential caregiving techniques such as personal hygiene, mobility support, elderly care practices, communication, and safety procedures.
✔ Promote soft skills among learners, including empathy, patience, professionalism, and ethical behavior.
✔ Develop lesson plans, session outlines, training materials, and assessments in line with the prescribed curriculum.
✔ Identify and attract potential learners through field visits, referrals, and online outreach activities.
✔ Collaborate with community leaders, NGOs, and local authorities to support learner mobilization and engagement.
✔ Screen and shortlist applicants according to NSDA guidelines and eligibility criteria.
✔ Maintain organized records of prospective candidates and track sources of learner engagement.
✔ Conduct orientation sessions and onboarding processes for selected participants.
✔ Carry out pre-training and post-training evaluations (both written and practical).
✔ Provide constructive feedback and guide learners with improvement plans.
✔ Keep accurate records of training activities, attendance, and learner progress.
✔ Coordinate with administrative, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth training operations.
✔ Submit regular reports (daily/weekly) on training progress and attendance status.
✔ Participate in trainer meetings, refresher sessions, and performance evaluation reviews.
✔ Prior experience in learner mobilization or community engagement will be considered an advantage.
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required.
✔ Ability to effectively manage and train diverse groups, including mixed-gender participants.
