Manager- Internal Auditor

Plan and conduct risk-based internal audits across Accounts & Finance, Commercial, Merchandising, Procurement, and Supplier Management functions.

Examine inventory management of fabrics, accessories, spare parts, finished goods, and washing chemicals through physical stock verification and consumption analysis.

Assess cutting, sewing, finishing, production planning, Industrial Engineering (IE), and washing plant operations to improve efficiency, control costs, and reduce material wastage.

Review washing recipes, chemical usage, utility expenses, and production-related expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and proper resource utilization.

Audit import-export activities, including LC, UD/UP, bonded warehouse documentation, C&F operations, transportation, and logistics costs.

Inspect mechanical, electrical, maintenance, and utility operations, with particular attention to spare parts management and energy consumption.

Evaluate internal control systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), statutory compliance, and adherence to buyer requirements.

Detect financial discrepancies, potential fraud, operational inefficiencies, and weaknesses in existing control mechanisms.

Prepare comprehensive audit reports, recommend corrective measures, and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

Supervise and guide the internal audit team while presenting significant findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
