Plan and conduct risk-based internal audits across Accounts & Finance, Commercial, Merchandising, Procurement, and Supplier Management functions. Examine inventory management of fabrics, accessories, spare parts, finished goods, and washing chemicals through physical stock verification and consumption analysis. Assess cutting, sewing, finishing, production planning, Industrial Engineering (IE), and washing plant operations to improve efficiency, control costs, and reduce material wastage. Review washing recipes, chemical usage, utility expenses, and production-related expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and proper resource utilization. Audit import-export activities, including LC, UD/UP, bonded warehouse documentation, C&F operations, transportation, and logistics costs. Inspect mechanical, electrical, maintenance, and utility operations, with particular attention to spare parts management and energy consumption. Evaluate internal control systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), statutory compliance, and adherence to buyer requirements. Detect financial discrepancies, potential fraud, operational inefficiencies, and weaknesses in existing control mechanisms. Prepare comprehensive audit reports, recommend corrective measures, and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations. Supervise and guide the internal audit team while presenting significant findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.    

Analyze fashion and market trends to create seasonal concepts, mood boards, color schemes, and product collections. Design and develop denim trousers, jackets, and shirts according to buyer requirements and targeted price ranges. Prepare design sketches, technical illustrations, tech packs, product specifications, and presentation materials. Manage fabric, trims, wash, sampling, and fitting development from the initial concept through final approval. Collaborate with merchandising, technical, wash development, sourcing, production teams, fabric mills, and suppliers throughout the development process. Evaluate prototypes and samples to ensure proper fit, quality, construction, appearance, and commercial suitability. Maintain clear communication with the Line Manager, understand their expectations, and provide timely and effective product development solutions.

HR Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives. Oversee recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, ILO standards, and buyer-specific requirements and codes of conduct, including BSCI, SEDEX, and WRAP. Administrative Management: Oversee overall factory administration, including security, transportation, utilities, facility maintenance, and workplace safety measures. Industrial Relations: Maintain a harmonious work environment by addressing employee grievances, managing union relations where applicable, and promoting positive employee relations. Audit Management: Lead and coordinate teams during statutory, regulatory, and buyer compliance audits while ensuring timely corrective actions and minimizing major non-compliances.
