HR Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives. Oversee recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, ILO standards, and buyer-specific requirements and codes of conduct, including BSCI, SEDEX, and WRAP. Administrative Management: Oversee overall factory administration, including security, transportation, utilities, facility maintenance, and workplace safety measures. Industrial Relations: Maintain a harmonious work environment by addressing employee grievances, managing union relations where applicable, and promoting positive employee relations. Audit Management: Lead and coordinate teams during statutory, regulatory, and buyer compliance audits while ensuring timely corrective actions and minimizing major non-compliances.

Lead and manage the complete monthly payroll and wage processing cycle for employees and workers. Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll components. Review attendance, leave, overtime, late arrivals, absenteeism, and other payroll-related data before processing. Verify employee master data, including joining, separation, transfer, promotion, increment, salary revision, department, designation, and grade changes. Ensure all approved salary revisions, promotions, increments, transfers, and employment changes are properly updated in the payroll system on time. Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and wages through bank and cash payments. Manage employee benefits such as festival bonuses, gratuity, service benefits, and other applicable benefits. Address payroll-related queries, complaints, and discrepancies promptly and professionally. Conduct regular payroll audits and reconciliations to identify errors, irregularities, and data inconsistencies. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and relevant company policies. Maintain complete and organized payroll records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
