Additional Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare pharmacy supply chain management, preferably within a hospital or clinical environment.
Strong knowledge of DGDA Model Pharmacy standards, GMP, SOPs, and FEFO/FIFO inventory management practices.
Practical experience with pharmacy ERP systems, IT software, MS Office applications, and digital reporting tools.
Ability to manage pharmacy supply chain processes while maintaining compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities & Context

Oversee the end-to-end operations of all MSB pharmacies by converting organizational strategies into standardized operational plans, measurable targets, and consistent service standards across all locations.
Ensure continuous availability of essential medicines through accurate demand forecasting, procurement planning, inventory optimization, and effective batch and expiry monitoring.
Monitor and manage revenue, financial performance, and overall business operations to support organizational growth and sustainability.
Lead people management, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and maintain strong quality governance across all pharmacy operations.
