Handle all incoming and outgoing client calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide clients with clear and accurate information regarding clinic services. Conduct timely follow-up calls and remind clients about scheduled appointments. Listen attentively to client inquiries, resolve issues when possible, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate authority. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, appointments, and client feedback. Protect client confidentiality and strictly adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Gather client feedback and communicate relevant insights to support continuous service improvement. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Achieve clinic targets and ensure efficient overall operational performance. Maintain high standards of client care by adhering to established service standards, protocols, and organizational policies. Address client queries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support to the team in handling complex cases. Ensure prompt and effective management of medical emergencies and follow up on cases until appropriate resolution. Implement quality standards, identify service gaps, and take necessary corrective measures to ensure compliance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) through monthly performance reviews and implement improvement initiatives to address areas of underperformance.
