Additional Requirements
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant Call Center experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context
- Handle all incoming and outgoing client calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide clients with clear and accurate information regarding clinic services.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls and remind clients about scheduled appointments.
- Listen attentively to client inquiries, resolve issues when possible, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate authority.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, appointments, and client feedback.
- Protect client confidentiality and strictly adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Gather client feedback and communicate relevant insights to support continuous service improvement.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
