Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management, with a primary focus on the local market.
  • Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing sales performance.
  • Schedule client meetings to discuss products and demonstrate how they meet customer requirements.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations, emphasizing the benefits of our services to drive client decisions.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable services that align with their specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Head to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and overall company performance.
  • Ensure B2B and B2C goals align with sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market surveys and research to gather data on trends, leads, and sales opportunities.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide performance reports to management.
  • Prepare and present periodic budgets and sales forecasts to management.
  • Organize meetings to review sales activities and strategize improvements.
  • Manage corporate accounts and drive new business development initiatives.
  • Utilize various sales tools (e.g., digital marketing, SMS marketing, email campaigns, and direct sales) to meet sales targets.
  • Expand business vertically and horizontally, identifying growth opportunities for clients.
  • Plan, budget, and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual business growth based on client data.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups on client requirements and feedback.
  • Design and implement special programs to boost productivity by increasing average sales rate, client count, one-time business, and business volume in challenging periods.
  • Maintain continuous communication with operations and accounts teams for seamless business execution, development, and credit collections.
  • Report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to supervisors on business activities.
  • Create and present accurate reports, diagrams, and visuals that represent business growth, feasibility, and future development scope.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends, adjusting strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Lead all sales team activities to ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
  • Identify and address departmental training needs, ensuring that training is systematically planned, implemented, and evaluated for optimal performance.
