Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage the B2B Sales function for VRF, HVAC, Chiller, and related engineering solutions while achieving sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, and project-based markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and institutional customers.
- Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and order closing.
- Identify and develop Government and Public Sector tender opportunities while maintaining a strong tender pipeline.
- Oversee tender activities, including document review, technical and commercial coordination, bid preparation, submission, clarification, and follow-up.
- Monitor sales pipelines, project progress, collections, market trends, and competitor activities to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with Technical, Project, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Guide, coach, and develop the sales team while ensuring individual and organizational KPIs are achieved.
- Manage key accounts and strategic projects while contributing to sustainable long-term business growth.
