Marketing And Sales Manager

Job Context:
Europial BD Limited, a German-Bangladeshi joint venture specializing in the production of high-quality pickles, sauces, and powdered food products for export and local markets, is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead its Sales & Marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand both domestic and international markets.

✔ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential export destinations.

✔ Strengthen brand positioning and oversee product packaging and labeling to ensure compliance with local and international standards, including Halal and export regulations.

✔ Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

✔ Build, expand, and maintain strong distribution networks with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across the local market.

✔ Manage B2B sales activities, communicate with international buyers, and represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business events.

✔ Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments to support business growth and strategic planning.

✔ Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure product availability aligns with market demand and customer requirements.

✔ Prepare sales forecasts, marketing plans, performance reports, and budgets for management review.

✔ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and international buyers while leading commercial negotiations.

✔ Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by the management.
