Recruit, train and onboard new agents to strengthen business development activities.

Maintain and regularly update databases of clients, leads and agents for effective follow-up and reporting.

Coordinate with social media, design and printing teams to promote and distribute job circulars effectively.

Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.

Monitor daily calls, lead generation activities and agent performance.

Track client communications, leads and recruitment progress to improve overall results.

Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports on outreach activities and campaign performance.

Ensure all marketing and recruitment activities comply with company policies and established standards.
