JSK Group-এর সম্মানিত Managing Director (MD)-এর দৈনন্দিন যাতায়াত, অফিসিয়াল ভ্রমণ এবং বিশেষ ভিজিটগুলো নিরাপদ, সময়ানুবর্তী ও নির্বিঘ্নভাবে সম্পন্ন করার জন্য একজন অভিজ্ঞ, বিশ্বস্ত ও দায়িত্বশীল Driver নিয়োগ করা হবে। দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য ✔ MD স্যারকে নির্ধারিত স্থানে সময়মতো ও নিরাপদে পৌঁছে দেওয়া।✔ ঢাকা শহরের বিভিন্ন অলি-গলি, শর্টকাট রুট, গুরুত্বপূর্ণ স্থান ও বিকল্প পথ সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকা।✔ যানজট এড়িয়ে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিকল্প ও দ্রুততম রুট নির্বাচন করে সময় সাশ্রয় করা।✔ গাড়ি চালানোর সময় ট্রাফিক আইন ও সড়ক নিরাপত্তা বিধি যথাযথভাবে মেনে চলা।✔ গাড়ির দৈনন্দিন চেকিং, পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও প্রয়োজনীয় রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করা।✔ অফিসিয়াল সফর, বিশেষ ভিজিট এবং জরুরি প্রয়োজনে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী গাড়ি চালানোর জন্য প্রস্তুত থাকা।✔ গাড়ির মেইনটেন্যান্স, জ্বালানি, টোল এবং ট্রিপ সংক্রান্ত রেকর্ড যথাযথভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা।✔ MD স্যারের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য, গোপনীয়তা ও প্রাইভেসি সম্পূর্ণভাবে সম্মান ও রক্ষা করা।✔ সবসময় দায়িত্বশীল, ভদ্র, শান্ত, পেশাদার ও বিশ্বস্ত আচরণ বজায় রাখা।

Job Context JSK Group, a growing conglomerate in healthcare, transport, capital markets, express delivery, and overseas recruitment, is seeking a dynamic Executive-HR. The candidate will manage HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and documentation across all group business units. Job Responsibilities Support the development and rollout of HR policies, procedures, and systems. Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Maintain complete employee personnel files, records, and attendance data. Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration. Lead new hire orientation programs and facilitate smooth onboarding formalities. Support employee performance evaluations and appraisal processes. Resolve employee inquiries and grievances to foster a positive workplace environment. Assist with HR audits, training programs, and labor law/policy compliance. Coordinate across business units (Hospital, Diagnostic, Transport, Brokerage, Training Center) to fulfill workforce needs.   Prepare regular HR reports for management evaluation.
