Officer, Corporate Sales (Renewable Energy)

Maintain and update accurate records of sales activities, quotations, orders, and customer-related documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales processes and effective project execution.
Maintain regular communication with customers, consultants, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Conduct routine customer meetings and project/site visits to understand requirements and monitor progress.
Develop quotations, business proposals, presentations, and other commercial documents as required.
Keep sales pipelines, customer databases, visit reports, and order tracking records up to date.
Follow up on purchase orders, product deliveries, installations, invoicing, and payment collections.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of approvals, agreements, correspondence, and customer communications.
Prepare regular sales, collection, project activity, and performance reports for management review.
Monitor customer requirements, outstanding activities, commitments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.
