Maintain and update accurate records of sales activities, quotations, orders, and customer-related documentation.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales processes and effective project execution.Maintain regular communication with customers, consultants, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.Conduct routine customer meetings and project/site visits to understand requirements and monitor progress.Develop quotations, business proposals, presentations, and other commercial documents as required.Keep sales pipelines, customer databases, visit reports, and order tracking records up to date.Follow up on purchase orders, product deliveries, installations, invoicing, and payment collections.Ensure proper documentation and filing of approvals, agreements, correspondence, and customer communications.Prepare regular sales, collection, project activity, and performance reports for management review.Monitor customer requirements, outstanding activities, commitments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.

Optimize productivity and operational efficiency by effectively utilizing manpower, machinery, methods, materials, and other available resources to ensure quality production in the Assembly Shop. Develop and implement improved production processes by reviewing PS and OS standards and conducting TP and SOP activities. Supervise and monitor daily production activities while ensuring compliance with established operational procedures. Ensure daily production targets are achieved according to the approved production plan. Maintain required quality standards and ensure the assembly of defect-free motorcycles. Manage assembly tools, accessories, and consumable materials while supporting proper inventory and stock management. Identify necessary tools, accessories, and consumable items and raise timely requisitions based on operational requirements. Monitor the performance and operation of various machines within the assembly section. Ensure team members strictly follow approved assembly procedures and comply with quality standards. Provide regular training, coaching, and guidance to team members to improve performance and achieve production targets. Implement and maintain 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and annual production reports as required by management. Monitor material supply activities to ensure uninterrupted production operations. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
