Age: 26 to 35 years.

Previous experience in poultry, fertilizer, pesticide, or animal health product sales will be highly preferred.

Good understanding and practical knowledge of different geographical regions of Bangladesh.

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Proven experience in managing and maintaining professional relationships with dealers, agents, and other business partners.

Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Meet monthly sales objectives by effectively coordinating with dealers, agents, and farmers to achieve assigned targets.
- Maximize the selling price of chicks and feed to improve overall profitability.
- Explore new business opportunities and expand the customer base to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Maintain close communication with dealers and customers to ensure timely collection and realization of credit sales.
- Conduct regular farm visits, provide guidance on flock health management, and recommend appropriate medication when required.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and farmers to support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market conditions, analyze competitors’ performance and growth, and develop effective strategies to increase market share.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports while providing timely updates to the Line Manager.
