Delmas Apparels (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource & Compliance Officer to join its team in Chattogram. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while ensuring full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, factory regulations, international buyer requirements, and ethical workplace standards. This role requires a proactive professional capable of strengthening HR practices, maintaining compliance, and supporting a productive and compliant manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

 

• Assisted in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, testing, and onboarding activities.

• Collaborated with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and prepare appointment letters and other HR documentation.

• Coordinated employee induction, training programs, and counseling sessions to support performance improvement and employee engagement.

• Collected and analyzed performance appraisal data to support employee evaluations and development initiatives.

• Conducted internal compliance audits to ensure adherence to Bangladesh Labour Law, Factory Rules, buyer Codes of Conduct (COC), and other regulatory requirements.

• Monitored and enforced social compliance, occupational health and safety, and workplace standards across factory operations.

• Educated employees on health, safety, compliance policies, and organizational procedures.

• Assisted in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with legal and compliance requirements.

• Ensured proper grievance handling, housekeeping practices, and compliance with workplace regulations.

• Promoted a culture of workplace safety, compliance, and continuous employee awareness.
