Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join Quality Feeds Limited at its newly established corporate office at Q Centre, Swadesh, Purbachal (300 Feet). The role will focus on creating high-quality visual content for branding, marketing, digital communication, promotional campaigns, corporate activities, product presentations, and social media. 

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop creative, professional, and visually engaging designs for corporate, marketing, promotional, and digital communication materials

✔ Design social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, leaflets, catalogues, advertisements, invitations, certificates, presentations, and other marketing materials

✔ Develop creative concepts, visual layouts, and design themes based on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences

✔ Prepare high-resolution, print-ready artwork according to required printing specifications for both digital and print media

✔ Support branding and visual communication requirements for company events, campaigns, exhibitions, fairs, and corporate programs

✔ Create engaging visual content for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms

✔ Develop promotional and marketing materials for products, sales campaigns, dealer/agent programs, exhibitions, events, and other business activities

✔ Prepare visual communication materials for customers, dealers, agents, farmers, and internal organizational communications

✔ Create basic motion graphics, animated posts, Reels, promotional videos, and presentation visuals for social media and digital platforms

✔ Coordinate with printing vendors regarding artwork size, color, paper, finishing, and other technical specifications

✔ Review printing proofs and ensure final materials accurately follow approved designs and brand standards

✔ Design internal notices, newsletters, certificates, employee recognition materials, event graphics, and presentation templates

✔ Handle urgent and last-minute design requirements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

✔ Maintain organized design files, creative assets, and source files for future use and updates

✔ Collaborate with marketing, branding, sales, and other internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective visual solutions

✔ Perform any other design-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management
