Outlet Manager

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a relevant field.
✔ 2–10 years of relevant experience in retail, lifestyle, fashion, cosmetics, FMCG, or similar industries.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and customer-handling ability.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
✔ Basic computer and reporting skills.
✔ Previous experience in outlet/store management will be preferred.

Lilyana Lifestyle Shop is looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and experienced Outlet Manager to manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience for customers.

Job Responsibilities

✔ Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet and ensure smooth store activities.
✔ Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
✔ Monitor daily sales, staff performance, customer service, and overall outlet performance.
✔ Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and store presentation.
✔ Monitor inventory, stock receiving, product arrangement, and replenishment.
✔ Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
✔ Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and other outlet documentation.
✔ Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to management.
✔ Ensure company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards are properly followed.
✔ Coordinate with the head office regarding sales, inventory, staffing, and other operational matters.
✔ Take necessary initiatives to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and outlet performance.
