Production Supervisor (Packing Section)

Akij Flour Mills Ltd. (AFML) is a reputed flour manufacturing company in Bangladesh, committed to delivering quality flour and food products since its establishment in 2016. Alongside producing Atta, Maida, and Suji, the company offers a diverse range of products, including wheat bran, aromatic rice, puffed rice, mustard oil, red lentils, and other food items. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and responsible professional to join our team as Production Supervisor (Packing Section).

Job Location: Factory, Narayanganj – Bondor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate production schedules while allocating tasks and priorities among the production team.

• Supervise production activities and machinery to ensure smooth operations, optimum efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.

• Investigate production-related problems, determine their underlying causes, and implement suitable corrective measures to minimize operational disruptions.

• Maintain and update accurate production records, operational reports, and relevant documentation in a timely manner.
