We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and responsible professional to join our team as Production Supervisor (Packing Section). Job Location: Factory, Narayanganj – Bondor Key Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate production schedules while allocating tasks and priorities among the production team. Supervise production activities and machinery to ensure smooth operations, optimum efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety. Investigate production-related problems, determine their underlying causes, and implement suitable corrective measures to minimize operational disruptions. Maintain and update accurate production records, operational reports, and relevant documentation in a timely manner.
