Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, At least a bachelor’s degree on development/ social science/ anthropology/ geography/ Agriculture and relevant field experience/environment/water resource from a reputed university.

Experience


  • 2 Year to 3 Year

Additional Requirements


  • 2-3 years experience in national or international NGOs focusing on women's rights and/or climate change adaptation programming and implementation.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication in both Bangla and English, with strong reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent teamwork, analytical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Expertise in training, facilitation, motivation, and interpersonal communication.
  • Proven capacity for team building, leading, and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in planning, budgeting, word processing, spreadsheets, articulation, and social research.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate in the implementation of the well-founded project with the local partners.
  • Work closely with the project manager and coordinate in the implementation of the well foundation project with the local partners.
  • Frequent field visit and report generation and share with the project management team.
  • Documentation of reports and any other supporting document relevant to the project.
  • Coordinate with the donor, Partnership Development (PD) team, finance, MEAL and relevant programme teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects activities.
  • Support designing and roll-out of research/study for evidence/knowledge generation on climate accountability and to uplift RCJ initiatives.
  • Concept note generation and provide guidance on the local partner’s staff.
  • Provide technical assistance to the local partner’s staff
  • Communication with Agriculture research institutes and DAE for collecting new technologies to cope up with the climate change impacts in Agriculture.
