Additional Requirements

• Perform inline, mid-line, and final inspections of garments to ensure adherence to quality standards at each stage of production.
• Inspect fabric, trims, and accessories to ensure compliance with buyer specifications and technical requirements.
• Identify, record, and categorize defects related to stitching, measurements, fitting, print quality, embroidery, and finishing.
• Ensure compliance with both buyer-specific quality standards and the company’s internal SOPs.
• Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues in real-time.
• Monitor ongoing quality performance and generate detailed inspection and audit reports.
• Conduct random quality audits and maintain records of findings, including all corrective and preventive actions taken.
• Provide feedback to production teams regarding recurring quality issues to help reduce rework and improve first-pass yield.
• Ensure that safety and hygiene standards are maintained in all quality inspection and production areas.
