Responsibilities & Context

  • Formulate and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall company objectives.

  • Define annual sales goals, prepare demand forecasts, and develop sales budgets.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, sales channels, and geographic territories to expand market presence.

  • Track sales performance against targets and implement corrective measures to ensure results are achieved.

  • Build, manage, and strengthen an effective nationwide distribution network across Bangladesh.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, wellness centers, and Ayurvedic practitioners.

  • Ensure consistent product availability and effective inventory management throughout the supply chain.

  • Review and improve distribution and logistics processes to support timely product delivery.

  • Lead, motivate, and support national and regional sales teams to meet performance objectives.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, define KPIs, and design incentive schemes to drive results.

  • Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to create a high-performing sales organization.

  • Promote a performance-driven culture with strong customer focus and market awareness.

  • Perform market mapping to identify high-potential areas for Ayurvedic and Unani products.

  • Develop initiatives to grow market share across existing and new product categories.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to share market insights and support brand-building initiatives.

  • Represent the organization at trade fairs, health expos, and promotional events to strengthen market presence and business relationships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.

  • Address customer complaints promptly and ensure high standards of service quality.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to support continuous product and process improvement.

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare analytical reports.

  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and evolving market trends.

  • Present sales performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
