Responsibilities & Context

Oversee the security and safety of factory premises, employees, visitors, and company assets.

Supervise security personnel, duty rosters, attendance, and daily operations.
-
Control the movement of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials through proper gate-pass procedures.
-
Monitor CCTV and security patrols to identify and address potential risks.
-
Ensure the protection of garments, fabrics, accessories, machinery, warehouses, and washing facilities.
-
Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, and property loss.
-
Provide security support during fires, accidents, emergencies, and critical incidents.
-
Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures.
-
Maintain security registers, incident records, and related documentation.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer security requirements, and applicable laws.
-
Conduct regular briefings and training for security staff.
-
Coordinate with Administration, Fire & Safety teams, and local authorities when required.
