Additional Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in designing and managing ERP modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL database management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with multi-company, multi-warehouse, and SaaS-based ERP architectures.
  • Proven ability to develop scalable, flexible, and modular ERP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, including Microservices, Modular Monolith, and Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Experienced in integrating REST, GraphQL, and XML-RPC APIs with third-party platforms and systems.
  • Skilled in performance optimization, database query tuning, and caching techniques.
  • Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes (preferred), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Git workflows, code review practices, and modern DevOps methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Odoo Owl, QWeb, and modern frontend technologies and integrations.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and technical decision-making skills. 
 
 
 

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design and implement end-to-end ERP solutions based on business requirements, preferably using Odoo.
  • Lead development teams and ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely project delivery.
  • Establish technical standards, coding practices, and development guidelines.
  • Oversee custom module development, system integrations, and ERP customizations.
  • Optimize system performance and design solutions for high availability and reliability.
  • Manage ERP upgrades, data migrations, deployments, and release strategies.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to convert requirements into detailed technical solutions.
  • Conduct code and architecture reviews while providing technical guidance and mentoring to developers.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation, effective testing processes, and structured release management.
  • Research and implement emerging technologies and tools to enhance system performance and efficiency.
