Design and implement end-to-end ERP solutions based on business requirements, preferably using Odoo. Lead development teams and ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely project delivery. Establish technical standards, coding practices, and development guidelines. Oversee custom module development, system integrations, and ERP customizations. Optimize system performance and design solutions for high availability and reliability. Manage ERP upgrades, data migrations, deployments, and release strategies. Work closely with business stakeholders to convert requirements into detailed technical solutions. Conduct code and architecture reviews while providing technical guidance and mentoring to developers. Ensure comprehensive documentation, effective testing processes, and structured release management. Research and implement emerging technologies and tools to enhance system performance and efficiency.         

Role Context We are looking for experienced Full-Stack Technical Leads to strengthen our software engineering team. The role is suited for professionals with 5–7 years of experience in end-to-end software development, system architecture, team leadership, and modern web technologies.   The selected professionals will lead software engineering teams, design and oversee scalable front-end and back-end architectures, maintain coding and development standards, and ensure the successful execution of complex software projects. Responsibilities   Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering teams across front-end and back-end development. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications. Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure compliance with architectural best practices. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and UI/UX Designers to convert business requirements into effective technical architectures. Guide teams in system design, data modeling, API architecture, and database schema development. Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, performance challenges, and architectural risks in enterprise applications. Mentor and support software engineers while promoting continuous learning and professional development. Oversee technical release planning, system integration, and CI/CD workflows across multiple environments. Ensure successful delivery of complex software projects while maintaining quality, security, scalability, and performance standards.

React, JavaScript ও TypeScript ব্যবহার করে responsive ও high-performance web applications তৈরি করা। Reusable React components, hooks এবং state management ব্যবহার করে scalable applications develop করা। REST API ও backend services-এর সাথে frontend integrate করা। Website performance, responsiveness এবং cross-browser compatibility নিশ্চিত করা। Backend developers, architects ও UI/UX designers-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা। Clean, modular ও secure code maintain করা। Code review, documentation এবং development standards follow করা। Frontend bugs, browser issues এবং performance problems identify ও resolve করা। Requirements Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT বা related field-এ Bachelor’s degree। React-based web development-এ ৪–৫ বছরের professional experience। JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 এবং CSS3-এ strong proficiency। React components, hooks এবং state management সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা। Angular-এর practical knowledge থাকলে ভালো। REST API, HTTP, WebSocket এবং JSON নিয়ে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা। Frontend testing, debugging এবং performance optimization সম্পর্কে ধারণা। Strong analytical, logical problem-solving এবং communication skills। Preferred Skills Next.js এবং SSR/SSG সম্পর্কে knowledge। Jest, React Testing Library বা Enzyme-এর experience। Frontend build tools, bundling এবং CI/CD সম্পর্কে ধারণা। Web accessibility, internationalization এবং modern UI/UX standards সম্পর্কে knowledge।
