Senior Executive - Admin (Regulatory Affairs)

Conduct regular internal regulatory audits across facilities to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective action plans.

Draft statutory notices, regulatory representations, and official responses to authority inquiries and show-cause notices.

Maintain an updated central digital archive and statutory register covering licenses, approvals, official correspondence, and compliance records.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect technical information and supporting documents required for regulatory submissions.

Prepare, compile, and submit complete application dossiers for statutory licenses, permits, and regulatory clearances, including Trade License, Factory License, Fire License, Department of Environment approvals, Explosives, Boiler, and BSTI.
