Senior Executive, Human Resources

✔ Age: 28–35 years

✔ Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee records, documentation, and HR database maintenance.

✔ Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee personal files accurately and in compliance with company policies.

✔ Prepare and process HR-related letters, including appointment, confirmation, transfer, and separation letters.

✔ Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and employee onboarding.

✔ Ensure proper documentation throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from joining to exit.

✔ Assist in payroll coordination by maintaining accurate attendance and leave information.

✔ Support performance management activities, including KPI and KRA tracking.

✔ Respond to employee queries and maintain effective internal communication.

✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Bangladesh Labor Law.

✔ Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate HRIS data, and assist the HR Lead in developing HR analytics.

✔ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
