Senior Executive - Legal

Job Context

Best Electronics Limited is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and commercially focused Senior Executive – Legal to support and strengthen its Legal function. The role will provide legal assistance to business operations, handle documentation and disputes, review commercial agreements, and support management in identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance and support to management and different business functions.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, agreements, deeds, notices, and legal documents.

• Manage and monitor litigation, arbitration, legal notices, claims, and disputes.

• Coordinate with external legal counsel, law firms, courts, tribunals, and relevant authorities.

• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Handle legal matters related to corporate affairs, commercial activities, properties, leases, tenancies, and assets.

• Maintain organized records of agreements, case files, notices, deeds, licenses, and other legal documents.

• Monitor regulatory changes and evaluate their potential impact on business operations.

• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Commercial, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams on legal matters.

• Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical, business-focused solutions.

• Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive legal and company information.
