Responsibilities & Context
NGEN IT LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Site & Testing Executive to oversee website administration, quality assurance testing, product sourcing, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Website Management: Regularly maintain company sites by uploading products, solutions, blog posts, news, and SEO-optimized content.

Content Creation: Draft and refine professional copy for products, services, and site improvements.

Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform functional testing across websites, software, and mobile apps to identify bugs and usability issues; collaborate with developers to verify fixes.

Documentation: Create detailed test reports, project checklists, user manuals, and maintain organized logs of site updates.

Research & Sourcing: Conduct web research on technologies, products, and prospective suppliers.
