Content Creation: Draft and refine professional copy for products, services, and site improvements. Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform functional testing across websites, software, and mobile apps to identify bugs and usability issues; collaborate with developers to verify fixes. Documentation: Create detailed test reports, project checklists, user manuals, and maintain organized logs of site updates. Research & Sourcing: Conduct web research on technologies, products, and prospective suppliers.
