Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with SaaS, IoT, Software, Al, or B2B technology companies and possess a strong understanding of creating engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
. Manage company presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
. Plan, create, and publish high-quality content, including posts, videos, graphics, and thought leadership content. Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to create compelling campaigns.
. Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
. Build and engage with industry communities, influencers, and partners.
. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and B2B marketing best practices.
Optimize campaigns to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Requirements:
. Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
. Prior experience with SaaS, IoT, Software, Al, Digital Twin, RTLS, or other B2B technology companies is mandatory.
. Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B audience engagement.
. Experience using social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.
. Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
. Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is an added advantage.
. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
