Software Sales & Support Executive

✔ Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

✔ Basic computer literacy and a good understanding of software applications.

✔ Ability to explain software products clearly and communicate effectively with business customers.

✔ Strong customer service, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.

✔ Willingness to travel locally for sales visits, product demonstrations, and customer support.

✔ Ability to manage sales and customer support responsibilities simultaneously.

✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.

✔ Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn new skills.

✔ Candidates who own a motorcycle may receive preference.

✔ Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.

✔ Demonstrate software products, explain their features and benefits, and identify customers’ business requirements.

✔ Visit clients’ premises for product demonstrations, sales follow-ups, customer support, and relationship management.

✔ Provide basic software installation, configuration, user training, and technical support to new and existing customers.

✔ Troubleshoot software-related issues and coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex problems.

✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for repeat sales and upselling.

✔ Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, support records, and other necessary documentation.

✔ Perform additional sales, business development, and customer support duties as assigned by management.
