Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry.

Experience:

  • 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in any of the following sectors is required: Chemical Industries, Group of Companies, FMCG Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age between 30 to 32 years.
  • Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
  • Prior experience in the Ayurvedic, Unani, or Herbal industry is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials before they are used in production.
  • Monitor in-process activities to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained at every stage.
  • Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Ensure all testing is conducted according to approved specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Regularly oversee production operations to confirm compliance with established quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality control tests, and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and inspection reports as needed.
  • Identify, document, and report deviations, non-conformities, and out-of-specification (OOS) results in a timely manner.
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Adhere to all internal quality policies and procedures in daily operations.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, and perform in-process quality checks and line clearance when required.
  • Collaborate closely with Production and QA teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
  • Ensure all quality control instruments are properly calibrated, maintained, and ready for use.
  • Properly collect, label, and store samples, and maintain retention samples in accordance with company policies.
  • Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or line manager.
