Maintain supplier payment schedules, oversee procurement activities, and prioritize payments according to the company’s cash flow.

Closely monitor expenses and budgets, and prepare variance analysis reports to support effective financial control.

Regularly update and rigorously follow daily, monthly, and quarterly cash flow statements, manage petty cash, and oversee treasury and commercial/trade finance operations.

Ensure timely month-end closing, prepare board reports, finalize audited statements, and liaise with external auditors for quarterly and annual audits.

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring compliance across all relevant departments within the group.

Proactively identify opportunities to reduce operational costs, bank charges, commissions, and borrowing expenses through innovative cost-saving strategies.
