  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Accounting
  • Masters, of Professional Finance

  • Age: 35–47 years

  • Qualifications:

    • Chartered Accountant (CA) – certified by ICAB

    • Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) – certified by ICMAB

    • International certifications such as CPA, CIMA, or equivalent are also preferred

  • Skills: Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and internal control systems


Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead and develop the team by assigning tasks, providing system training, and fostering a capable, efficient, and productive work environment.

  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded, reconcile banking activities, and coordinate with banks and internal teams for necessary clarifications.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, oversee physical stock and inventory, and handle working capital efficiently.

  • Maintain supplier payment schedules, oversee procurement activities, and prioritize payments according to the company’s cash flow.

  • Closely monitor expenses and budgets, and prepare variance analysis reports to support effective financial control.

  • Regularly update and rigorously follow daily, monthly, and quarterly cash flow statements, manage petty cash, and oversee treasury and commercial/trade finance operations.

  • Ensure timely month-end closing, prepare board reports, finalize audited statements, and liaise with external auditors for quarterly and annual audits.

  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring compliance across all relevant departments within the group.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to reduce operational costs, bank charges, commissions, and borrowing expenses through innovative cost-saving strategies.
